Really tore this one up. 1600 hard 1600 tempo, 1000 hard 1600 tempo, 600, 200 200, WTC boys helped some
5:11, 5:25, 3:13, 5:32, 1:52, 31, 32. Followed by 1200 on the track easy. 1.5 WU, 1.5 CD. Felt sick but strong.
