Comments:
4x800 with Ingrid, Amy, and Rotem. Progressive warm-up didn't feel great, I definitely think longer distances aren't going to be good for the rest of the season because I only have a base of 4 miles a week... so I find myself getting really fatigued really quickly. Happy with my time even if it is a lot slower than last season. I felt sooo good. Getting to race fast again was just the best feeling. When I finished, all I wanted to do was race again. After the race we had to do 8 strides and those didn't feel super hot on my leg. Can't wait to race again!!! Also everyone had really good races so it was great to watch and cheer.
