Comments:
Had a good group of guys for today's common land except Neil wasn't there, and I didn't know why. Weishaar told us to do full body lifting first, I just did upper body then lower body every other time. I could defiantly feel the lifting during the run today, it was much like what cross felt like. The common land was pretty easy except we picked it up in the middle on the recway, but we almost always do that. I stretched and rolled for about and hour and a half tonight, which felt pretty long but I got a lot of soreness out of my legs. I was to take an ice bath pretty soon but it has to be after Friday.
