Comments:
Ran about a mile warm up around perimeter of park than picked it up a bit and ran 5K course. I felt good until the end when my teeth felt like they hard a heartbeat. I didn't run the cooldown I biked a little over 3 miles instead(16 minutes) and let my mouth relax a bit. I left feeling really frustrated Im sick of being sick!
