Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up 5 min jog
Get some strides in and drills
This is a very moderate, not killer type workout.
Run 1 mile at about 85% effort...maybe shoot for 8:15ish
Complete rest 3 min
Repeat 2 more times trying to hit a time that is fast but not all out repeat miles...
Jog a very easy 5 min cool down to flush the legs out.
