...for a lot of reasons. But right now the reason is that we got out of the AP too late to get on the bus to the meet. Silas and I tried to find a way to get there but no luck, which was really frustrating, particularly since Ana was racing. I'm wishing now that I had ubered. Congratulations to everyone who raced today!!' All the results I heard about were fantastic and I can't wait to hear more as logs go up. So proud of all my teammates today and really sorry that I couldn't be there.
Biked for 35 minutes on 3.5 resistance then stretched with Rhianna and Silas, did some crazy planks, and some bosu ball squats
