If I had to describe this meet in one word, it would be interesting. I pr'ed in 3 events despite only running 2, which was odd. During my mile, I went out in 72 seconds, 2:34 800(a pr), and 5:26 mile(another pr). The first lap was just a little fast. Apparently my fast lap helped everyone through their own pr's, so I was glad that worked out. My 4x400 team later in the day was seeded at 4:30, and we ran 4:26, a successful race. I ran 68.6, my third pr of the day. All in all, a great season, Im looking forward to my 3200 time trial next Monday, and Good Luck to everyone at MAC/ISL A's.
