-Felt pretty strong, the hills were pretty tough and I hit them hard, especially the 400s. I was right around 34-35 seconds at the 200m every time and then worked up the next 200m which was steeper and really hit those hard. Then did a couple of 200s before heading back to West. We did the hills at Stewart Park. Good Workout.
