i went to school and forgot my lunch. without food, i had no energy for practice, and it was a hardworkout today. we did a 2.25 mile warmup, then 6 400-meter dashes and 2 200-metter. i felt horrible because i did not have muvh energy. then we did a 2.25 mile cooldown.
