Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up 1 mile easy
Get some good strides in there...
Try to find a place that is marked for 800m unless you can get to a track??
Run 800m, with the first one shooting for 3:30's no faster!
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800m shooting for sub 3:30 if weather and terrain permits
Rest 2 minutes
Do a TOTAL of 5 800's
Cool down a mile or two at an easy pace

done with 800 (really 880s) .. pace: 7:00, 6:50, 6:47, 6:45, 6:40
first one hurt until I got into warmed up pace.
in the late afternoon, ran with the Ocala Running club.. did a 5K at 7:40 pace.
