Treadmill Run

Weather: very nice out

Comments:
started at 9.2 pace and it was a little troubling at around 1.5 miles, so slowed down for a mile and went back to 9.2 at 2.5 miles and ran for .25 miles at 10. Was tiring but happy i was able to do it. getting more used to running at this pace. felt sore after the last week on the treadmill and then had a longer run with shawn. Thinking about boosting the mileage to 5 miles each time but i dont think my body is ready yet.
