Legs really didn't feel great. Calves felt like rocks like 1 minute in to the warm up, I don't think I am running to high up on my foot but i'm really not sure. The last 200 was meant to be all out but I only did it at a slightly faster pace because all out speed never seems to feel too hot. I don't know what I am running thursday but I don't mind, hopefully a 800 or 1500. I don't want to take race opportunities away from people who have been training so hard all season just to have a mediocre race. Dry needling again on Wednesday.
