Weather: beautiful out, 60s outside sunny

Comments:
Started out feeling kinda tired and legs a little heavy - same feelings used to get when i ran a while back (kinda like running early in morning) - shook it off after a mile and was comfortable. ran at 9.5 and finished off at 10.0. not a bad run. still running 90% VO2 prob.
