2 mile warm up. A3s: 1800, 1200, 1800, 600fly (due to thunder we changed from 1200 to 600 fly).

great workout, one of the best i think i've had in a really long time:

2 miles on the indoor track since we had to go in due to thunder and then 3 miles on the treadmill afterward.
