Mile repeats

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: A little overcast, but otherwise nice. Warm, but not hot.

Comments:
Finished the yard sale and hit the road for another batch of mile repeats. It's been a while since I've done these, so I may not have remembered exactly what they were like. As usual, the odd-numbered miles were slower, due to more uphill running. I was going to go for six intervals, but I gave it all I had on mile #4 and, as a result, mile #5 was the worst of the bunch. So #6 was scrapped in favor of jogging home and using that as my cool down.

After the run, wifey gave me some pointers on stretching out my calves (she's a big fan of yoga) and I think I'm finally getting some of the tension out of there.
