First Run of XC 2016

I ran at 9:45 PM after getting back from Birdy's softball game. Got to see Greg and Stacie too. I ran the first mile of the 2 mile out and back then did the teardrop and back into our neighborhood. I felt really good actually. This is my first real run back. I think I can run really well this fall if my training goes well. I stretched and used the rope a little when I got back. I also did 4x12 dips and 4x20(alternating) bicep curls with the cord. Then I did 5 min andy core. 10 hip thrusts and 10 good push ups. I got to bed around 1 which is way too late and I'm tired.
