Comments:
Gotta say, felt really crappy today. My arms we very stiff and my legs as a result were also tight. My knee had a sharp pain at the start of the run but it went away as the run went along. We going for 10 miles but I just had to cut it short. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body and be smart. I was just fighting with myself today. Just thinking too much about arms and my body was just tight all and all. It was also getting dark out and I needed to get home.
