Comments:
To avoid the new bridge construction we went along Cayuga steet, and then though the commons to get to foot bridge. I picked up the pace a little after we got to foot bridge. Decided to add on a little by going through Cayuga heights and down the cemetery. Finished the day with some strides at our race pace for tomorrow. The main thing I want to focus on for tomorrow is keeping my entire body as relaxed as possible(including my arms). And just going out there and racing, I don't care about seeds or getting splits I just want to race. Rolling at home afterwards.
