so started off with a seven minute warmup followed straight by a 15 min tempo. I dunno whose idea this was originally, but I am going to assassinate them if they aren't already dead. But anyways. Tempo to the park. Get a drink of water. Hills. 2x3 short hills and 1 long hill. it really wasn't that bad, i'm just a whiner. felt better on the second set, but overall i feel like i'm slowly getting into workout shape. ive just been plodding along for six months and it shows...
