Treadmill Run

Weather: very nice day out

Comments:
started run and feeling fatigued. Been sleeping ok. Run started out poor and tired but by 1.5 miles I felt ok. Similar to last run but this time i didnt feel too bad past 2 miles. Went up to 9.7 at 2 miles and went up to 10 then 11 for last 0.25 miles. Afterwards was key because i wasnt bent over and catching my breath and didnt feel too fatigued walking around after. Def lower Vo2 than prior runs. Getting there!
