Comments:
Started out stiff yet again and felt real tired. Was even thinking of slowing down as i am going at 9.5 but kept going. Around 1.5 miles had to drop to 9.2 and was barely hanging on - red-lining. Run felt awful/crap. Still finished at 19:30 for 5k but still died today.
