Easy Recovery Run

Weather: Foggy and cool-ish

Comments:
Ran at 6:45am before work at Friendly's...figured I would just get it out of the way since it was an easy run and I could relax after work before yoga. Ran in the high school woods for a few loops...45 minutes total. Legs felt very good...I think taking a day off of running after the long run really helped.
