Mile/Steepel day 1

Exercise Type: Weights

3 circut sets:
Clean x 10 with 75 (Pretty much the same as last week maybe slightly easier)

Squat to Jerk x 10 with 75 (Same as last week but I did feel a difference of it getting easier. More noticable than the cleans)

Push ups x 10 (Definitly easier than last week)

Pullups first set 6 then 5 then 4 (Got one more on the last two sets which is encouraging although maybe I should switch to row up since I can't do that many pullups)

DB arm runs x 20 each arm with 12 (these felt about the same as last week)

Bench Dips x 15 (Felt easier need to slow down going down to help make them harder. Doing them every day helps with this)

General Comments: Tried to cut down the time between exercieses and tried to drink lots of water throught. Definitly feel this workout tonight in my back especially. Should probably work on my clean form some.
