Pre Junior Olympics Workout

Comments:
We met at the track at 7:30 before the Junior Olympics. The workout was 3sets of 3 300's, starting at 3k pace then 1500 then a bit faster. It was really hard but I felt pretty good. The rest was 100m jog between reps and 5min between sets and it was the perfect amount of rest. Weishaar got a bagels for after which was really nice. The junior olympics took awhile but it was fun and I saw a lot of the kids that came to the pool I work at.
