Comments:
somehow I managed to procrastinate a very very short run. once I actually did it I felt pretty crappy. I just felt really tired and unmotivated. My shins were hurting and they felt especially bad during striders. I stopped after 6 because after the 5th one my vision went black and I felt kind of dizzy and sat down because I was worried I would fall. It must be the heat. I felt weird while I was outside mowing the lawn yesterday too. Or maybe it's just nerves. I am starting to get nervous about being by far the weakest link in the 4x8 tomorrow. I don't want to bring down the team.
