Rhythm 200's

Comments:
We did a short downtown run, it was soo hot like in the 80's. I was super tired on the run and I don't think I was hydrated enough because I got a headache and my throat was really dry. The rhythm 200's felt even worse. I could tell I was going really slowly but I couldn't make myself go any faster. I ran most of them in 43. My back wasn't exactly hurting but it was really tight and tense so my form felt so messed up. Lizzy and I practiced hurdles then did a two lap cool down. I really hope that on Thursday I can do ok on the waterjumps. I might be running the 4x4 also which would be intersting because l've never raced a 400 before and I'm not sure how fast I can go.
