Comments:
Got up early today to run before a double shift at work. Scheduled for another one tomorrow, so that's going to be another off day. Took it easy mostly due to some concerns about overtraining the last few days. The soreness is back in the right shin, but the compression sock seemed to help that last week. If it persists, I'll start wearing it again.
Didn't push the pace at all. Starting to ease off as I enter the final week before RTB. May do one more long run before then, probably on Friday.
