Comments:
Sorry I haven't been up to date on my training, but here's our little tune up session.
3x300 with 500 meter jog (50,52,53)
3x150 with 70-80 meters hard, walk back.
Feeling pretty good. Wasn't a hard session, just trying to keep the legs rolling for a couple of days.
