Felt tired today and did not hit all of the times, but oh well. I finished! To do 3 x mile (6:00-6:10), 1:00 jogs, 5:00 rest, 3 x mile at same pace. Went 6:09, 6:09, 6:12, 6:09, 6:18, and did not time the last one. Went on effort.
