Didn't have official team practice today so it was either an off day or a short run on your own. I decided to take an off day on Saturday because I haven't taken one in 12 days. So I switch the easy run from Saturday to today. My run was basically 2 different loops. The loop was around Taughannock park, so both sides of it, and then out to the waterfall and back. There weren't many people there and the temperature was perfect. I felt kind of bad for the early part of the run but then I figured out that when I make a fist with my hand and let my arms rub the side of my torso, they just go back and forth. So I did that and it felt pretty good. It was like I got rid of any extra movement. It felt like there wasn't actually that much motion at all actually. I'll stretch and roll tomorrow. My neck is still very sore but it's getting a little bit better, I think it was the water tubing that might have caused it.
