Pretty happy with my splits today. I took it slow and didn't go out super crazy and it helped, and thanks Rahul for giving me this advice. I think my 3 and 4 mile are slower mostly because of fatigue and because of running on pool path on the way back. If i go anywhere else i'm not sure where to find the mile markers.
