Splits-I unfortunately did not record my splits for today gonna make sure I get on top of that.
Happy to get back in running. Even though with some time off I felt good. Towards the end I got fatigued a bit. But Downing and Ryan really helped push me and I stayed with the pace. Along with them pushing me I felt I was really pushing them to go hard on the final miles.
