Comments:
Warmup- Pretty annoying that we can't run on the track so the bus loop is where I did the warmup.
I'm kinda confused about my splits because I did not think I went that hard on the first mile and after my run when I went back on my splits I was surprised by it. My second mile I thought was actually just as fast until I saw the time and was also shocked. If you see my last splits for my runs you see that miles 3 and 4 really fall so I just kept telling myself coming back on pool path that I was going to go hard. On the last mile I really pushed it and kept pumping myself to increase speed. I went hard today and I felt good. By saying this I'm really excited for captain's practice and running with the other guy's.
Cooldown- Should have taken cool down harder.
