Weather: Really hot towards the end of the run
Comments:
I really pushed the pace today with my run today with Jake and Ryan. I set the tempo and I frankly have realized now that runs haven't been an E run. They have been pretty hard runs, when we were going up hills we pushed it and downhill similar. When we finished the 3rd mile we took a 30 second or so break and trotted back for the 4th mile. The first captains practice is Monday so I'm interested to see how that goes.
