Comments:
2 mile warm up on the track, 5x 1 mile 6:06, 5:49, 5:46, 5:40, 5:38, all with 400m jog inbetween around 1:50 to 2:00. felt fairly comfortable running these. Didn't really push that hard, good solid workout.
