11xlong hills today. kinda felt like shit the first half, and thought i'd never finish, but actually did better as it went on, which was good. coach said this was an 800 meter loop, which was just a dirty lie, turns out it was somewhere between an 1100 and 1200. didn't really go hard on the downhill accelerations, cause i felt like i was going to twist something in one of the hundreds of holes in that grass, but tried to work on my sprint form. i think im getting better with keeping my form in general, but i know for a fact that i looked terrible on some of those hills in the middle.
