I can't even list my times - this has got to rank up there in my top 3 worst workouts of Kenyon XC and track. That's a little over dramatic, but I was not pleased with myself and felt like crap - very stressed and tired - sore back and neck because I was carrying around a huge back pack the past few days and probably have bad posture when I'm reading or doing work. Yuck. I got kind of upset before the last one but pulled myself together and finished it, not at a good time, but at least I still tried. Anyway, not my finest moment but I hope that I was still mostly positive on the outside for the benefit of the people who saw me running or were running with/near me. Hopefully, I will do much better during next week's A1s. I am not daunted by a long workout, I just fell apart during this one. I felt like I was trying hard but physically, I started to fall apart, then mentally I just couldn't get it together. Oh well... tomorrow is another day and there will be another workout!
