Comments:
Just ran all around Ithaca. Ran from cass along the water front trail under the bridge down Cayuga street and over to the left and back right across the commons, along with Ithaca fest. Then back to Cass once again. Afterwards I did 8 100m strides with s jog back focusing on form. I realized that I have to keep my arms just a little lower when I run I was looking in the mirror yesterday and it looks a lot easier and natural. When I ran in that way it actually felt a lot better as well. It just felt like there was less motion and more natural. At the end my shoulders were a little sore from the different muscle use. But I think I'm gonna keep them low until there is muscle memory and I'll be doing it unconsciously.
