Comments:
Did warmup in Houghton Plot, then 5x800m on the track, w/ 400m jogging recovery in between. Initially only planned on running four, on the fourth one let loose for the second 400m (77s!!!). Matt Wilbur ran with us for warmup. Cooled down on track/ back to Y. Right shin hurt a little bit, will ice it this afternoon.
