Comments:
Today just a recovery day from yesterday's workout. My legs feel great but my shoulders still feel sore from those push-ups, those were killer! Anyways it was the perfect day for running in my eyes. Mid 60's slight rain, breeze, overcast. Just a nice day in a runners eyes. We out into fall creek to start the Giles instead of the normal way because of the construction so this Giles was a little longer. Kept the pace consistent throughout and focused on keeping my arms how I had them before. And even practiced not thinking about my arms at all, by thinking about breathing rhythms instead, it worked pretty well. Found a nice waterfall in Giles trails that I haven't seen before so that was pretty cool. Saw driving up near collegetown near the end of my run and Ian on gun hill in his car. At states I really just want to represent Ithaca well. Of course I want to do well for myself but I want to also do well for my teammates and Ithaca, so hopefully other teams will remember the name. Foot drills and stretching afterwards. Got a few guys to go to the team meeting tomorrow so that should be good.
