Leah Snider came by today and we tried a little run. A twisted ankle on the curb below the "no exit" sign derailed the Phoenix for the short term, and we decided to take a cautious walk home so as not to jeopardize her upcoming two month hike. Running time was 13 minutes. In the afternoon, I did my auction run with 3rd grader Henry Furman on the Overlook trail behind the G-Town Reservoir. Mostly alternated between 100 meters of jogging and 200 meters of walking for about 20 minutes. Lots of discussion about castles. The kid can run, but he doesn't know it yet.
