Downtown long run

Decieded I'd try moving my long run to Thursdays to give myself a little bit of a break on meet weeks. This way I should be able to take Sunday off or run really easy to meet my mileage goals. And it should keep me from going over the weekly mieage and be fresher in tempos on Mondays. Ran down chester to East 9th to Margional along the lake to MLK back to Veale. It was all with Tim Smith which kept me moving pretty good. I was definitly dehydrated this run which is becoming an alarming trend in the past few days. I really need to drink more during the day. Everything else felt pretty good. A good long run overall. We did stop for water at the end of MLK.
Static 1 afterward. NO ABS. Don't let this happen again.
