Comments:
This is busy no means supposed to be at a killer fast pace, but see if you can get in a good rythym of a one min walk for every 5 to 6 minutes of running.
Today is more about time on your feet than actual speed and pace, but with that said, if you feel good, feel free to get as much mielage as you can get in the 50 minutes;) I bet you can get over 4;)
