This can be done either tues. or wed.

shoot for 3 miles where you are really taking it easy the first 2, thinking like 12 to 13 min. Pace

Then the last mile try to make at a moderate effort with little walking in between.
So think for that last mile, like you are running faster, but at comfortably hard effort. Not all out!
