Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So this run again is more about finishing and getting mielage in, then actual pace, but would like you to stick to this pattern if possible:
Run 4 minutes, take a 90 sec Walk
Run 2 min. Take a 30 sec. Walk
Repeat until you hit an hour. Should be about 7 to 8 cycles of this pattern.
Let's really try to move along on the 4 min. Knowing you you have a 90 sec. Walk break coming b4 the 2 minutes
