Comments:
Townsend Relays today...so we did the rep workout and actually measured out the full mile this time..didn't feel the greatest during the workout my legs hurt a ton and it was hard to pick them up but cardio was good...that's great because I know by the time we have races that matter our legs will be nice and fresh.
