Today I focused getting back into fitness from getting sick and even though I haven't full recovered I feel really good with my progression for these last 4 days since I came back. I really battle on my back end of my splits to make sure they echo my pace that I want to go. I'm really pushing because I know if I'm not running to get better somebody else is.... I have big goals this season and I can only fulfil those goals if I put in the work.
