It's been almost 6 weeks without running!!!

Comments:
I meant to take some extra time off since I stopped early for fata and I didn't want to be too ahead of the summer training schedule, and I was hoping that I could get through the summer and maybe xc without my shins hurting too much, but I didn't really mean to take quite this long off. Just once I was in finals, I figured I'd just wait to run until school was over. So did my first run back today and felt 120% out of shape, but it was pretty nice to be back. Now my legs feel like jelly though even though I only ran for 12 minutes very slowly. They've gotten lazy during their vacation:)
Strength: Planks (30 seconds), PLL (5 per)
