xc workout

Weather: not too hot

Comments:
today the four horsemen did a workout at bryant college in the woods loop predominately. we did 3 sets of 3 intervals. the intervals were 2 minute pickups, each set got harder as we went along. we had 90 seconds rest between each interval, and 4 minutes recovery between each set. by the last set i was really flying. i used my racing flats and felt just amazing. the mileage is a total guess, but the time is right, and the pace should be goofy because of the recovery.
