Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a wild wings but from cass park. Headed out behind Wegmans then went on the grass to wild winds. Forgot how nice of a run this one is if you do it right. Spencer trails were great, perfectly cut until a certain point where the grass was just really long. It must be the boundary between the factory and the cities land. Sucks because besides that the train was really nice. Headed down the road instead from there and went back through fall creek and to cass. My arms felt the best they've felt in a long time here. They have been feeling better consistently lately anyways. I realized today that it's really less movement then you think. I kept them close to my body and didn't even pump them back each time I just let them hang as well as I could. When I got back I did 8 strides with a jog back and on these I pumped my arms back and they felt great. I gotta keep this up. Finished with some foot drills. My legs are a little sore right now. I'll take an Epsom salt bath after the workout tomorrow and then an off day on Wednesday.
